Be sure and download What's App for the easiest communication all over Europe but if not, email works great too. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company. The drivers were great and were there when we needed them and this is a must do in my opinion when visiting Rome due to all the various transportation strikes and the fact that random taxis can be a risk with rates and the one time we took a random taxi during our stay here dropped us off at the wrong place...Our last morning when we were on our way back to the airport a woman was standing on the street unable to get a Taxi or an Uber and we were able to take her with us in our taxi because she and her luggage could fit. We just gave an extra large tip to the fabulous driver. The rate is very reasonable (only 10 Euros over the standard taxi rate from the airport) to have your own driver with a sign with your name on it picking you up and helping you with your luggage. I would never do it any other way. 11 out of 10 stars for value, service and communication. I would also HIGHLY recommend this company if you are coming off a cruise ship because that can be disastrous trying to get a taxi with a huge long line and also gauge pricing. Been there, done that and not doing that again. ROME CAB TRANSFERS all the way.

Claudio showed up early and had us all packed up and we left right on time. He was a great driver and very friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Driver had an IPad with our name on it at the airport and was waiting for us on our return… which was a tiny back street so we were a little worried! Both immaculate Mercedes, comfy and air con! I love Portofino enchanting view's of Liqurian Riveira, Pompeii and Amalfi coast, those places are amazing beaches, mountains and vegetation in different regions. Thanks to Rome Cab Transfer for picking up our group from airport to hotel as well as from the MSC sea view cruise to the airport. Drivers were waiting for us when I came out and I am so happy to see him as well. This is my first time in Rome so the help of the driver just too nice to have. He was helping us with baggage and gave us so much information about Rome. We had pleasant conversations. Special thanks to Mary Roma as well, she was so caring and always sure to follow up with us with time and date. For sure all these helping hands and effort made our trip more exciting and fun.
