ARRIVAL INSTRUCIONS

We provide Meet & Greet service
We will be waiting in the Limo service waiting area,
holding a sign with your name on it.
We track your flight so we will be meeting you
accordingly; the driver will be @ the airport 30 minutes
after your landing time, to give you time to clear customs,
get your luggage, then we wait you 60 more minutes.
Total 90 minutes waiting time  from the landing time.

If by any chance you do not see your driver,
contact us and do not leave the area.

If you have any problem collecring your  luggage please inform us immediately,  by mail or on the phone.

In case your flight  has a great delay, we will  do our best to re-schedule your service pending availability it may happen you will need to wait for a while at the airport as our services are scheduled in advance.
In case of an earlier morning  landing, we will be meeting you according to the  time required in the booking, of course we  try to do our best to be there earlier if possible.

DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

Your driver will be at your hotel door at the required time
and address, we do not call you , but we will be there on time,
if by any chance you do not see your driver, contact us

as closer as possible;
Please  provide  always the precise address;
All changes are to be communicated by mail at least 24 hours
